Price

We set highly competitive prices for all our products; our dedicated team are regularly checking our pricing against our main online competitors. If we find a UK competitor offering a better online price for the same individual product, sold with the same service conditions, we'll lower our price to match including when a competitor is having a sale.

Some online competitors have a different price for their account customers to their online price; in that instance we'll match whichever is the lower of the two.
